Branson Country Tours Policies: Cancellations and Refunds
Individual Travelers:
● Cancellations between book date and ten days before arrival:
5% cancellation fee.
● Cancellations five to nine days prior: partial refund.
● Cancellations under four days or for early departures: No refund.
(Actual cancellation policy can vary if you include specific lodging or shows that have stricter policies. Your exact cancellation policy will appear on your confirmation letter. In an emergency situation, we do try to see what we can do for you.)
Entire Group:
● In general, groups can cancel up to 65 days prior to scheduled arrival without a cancellation fee.
● This may change depending on hotels, shows or attractions included.
(The exact cancellation policy for your group will be listed on your contract.)
Individual (when part of a group):
● If you receive a cancellation from a member of your group after you have paid us in full but before we make the final payments (generally 3 – 15 days prior to arrival) we may be able to refund to you as long as you are still above minimum numbers.
● This is for an emergency situation only for a maximum of 1 – 2 rooms.
● As hotel / theatre / restaurant policies vary we will let you know if a full or partial refund is possible.
● We are unable to refund for last minute cancellations after we have made your final payments.
